Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for orders placed on Elaris:

• Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for your pincode

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

Currency

All prices on our store are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Failed or Declined Transactions

If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be confirmed and any amount debited (in rare cases of a technical error) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you do not see the refund within this window, please contact us.
