Cancellations

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for a return as per our Refund Policy.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation status based on whether the order has already been dispatched.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Made-to-order or customised items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
