Cancellations

Before Dispatch

·         You can cancel your order before dispatch. Contact our Customer Care at : +91 7082017555 or email care@Elaris.in with your Order ID.

 

After Dispatch

·         Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of Delivery and a refund will be processed within 7–10 days.

Refund for Cancelled Orders:

·        Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3 working days and will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
